A launch of the Watson class lifeboat 'Duke of York' from the Polpeor Cove slipway at Lizard Point in Cornwall, during the 1960s.

Published by the Cornwall Shop at kernow.co.uk these A5 cards are sold in packs of 5 and are blank inside for your own message.  Litho printed on 350gsm with a gloss finish theese are exceptionally high quality cards.

They are supplied wrapped in cellophane along with envelope.

Philip Weeks

After studying at the Medway College of Art and Design in the late 1970s, Philip worked in studios in London and the South East producing book and magazine illustrations. Since 1996 he has painted on a full-time basis specialising in seascapes and historical re-creations of marine subjects, in particular lifeboats from the 1950s and 1960s which he has depicted with the greatest accuracy and detail. His paintings have been displayed at the RSMA exhibition in London and most have been reproduced as fine art prints.
